For Payentry Time Management’s Kiosk Clock, the employer can use any central computer
or tablet, with punches being restricted to that IP Address. We do not offer hardware for
Payentry Time Management. Amazon Fire Tablet is NOT recommended.

Cannabis and Gambling related industries are still currently prohibited by Payentry.

PAYENTRY OPERATIONS
ACH Verification & Business Verification Check
During the first stages of Implementation, Payentry will conduct a third-party business
verification check as well as a test ACH on the bank account provided. The test transaction
is less than $1. Amount confirmation is required prior to releasing the payroll. A client with
no prior wages is required to process the first payroll 5 days from the check date for the first
processing only.
Processing Guidelines
Standard Procedure to prevent exposure requires Payroll Submission two business days
by noon [client time zone].

Fund Transfers
Payroll is required to be submitted two business days prior to the check date by noon
[clients’ time zone]. The funds for payroll, taxes, and billing should be available immediately
post processing for three debits from the business bank account. One draft for payroll, one
for taxes, and one for billing* if applicable. Payentry will collect the payroll taxes with each
payroll and pay them based on frequency. We do not wait to collect taxes when they are
due, but with each payroll.
End of Year Fees
Paperless end-of-year forms are no cost. If a client requests paper forms, they are subject to
an additional form and ground shipping fees. Payroll checks are sent via Next Day Air and
Ground options are available and vary based on location and frequency. Please connect
with Payentry in order to provide an accurate shipping cost for live payroll checks.

Payentry’s Hiring module helps streamline the administrative processes around sourcing
and recruiting new employees. Efficiently post job listings and manage potential
candidates with ease. Customize your new hire experience with ready-to-go templates and
editable workflows.
Onboarding
Payentry’s electronic onboarding allows employers to easily launch onboarding events in
seconds for new hires to easily complete on a computer or mobile device. Once completed,
new hire information flows seamlessly into payroll and additional modules; while providing
new hires with the employee engagement and onboarding technology they expect in
today’s workforce. Employers can customize unlimited onboarding packets to include
required information such as federal and state documentation, policy documents, and
much more.
Checkr
Checkr is a background check company that provides services for employment screening
and workforce monitoring. This is currently the only integration we have through GetHired.
Businesses are welcome to use any provider, but that process would be managed
separately. While the integration with Checkr is included in the Comprehensive and
Comprehensive+ Packages, the cost of using Checkr depends on the background checks
wanted and frequency. Checkr’s pricing is published here and all billing is handled directly
by Checkr for all services.
ZayZoon
Payentry has integrated with ZayZoon to provide Early Wage Access [EWA] for employers at
no additional charge or added liability. Employees get their wages when they need them
without having to ask for an advance or creating any additional administrative tasks for the
employer. When workers aren’t stressed about their finances, they perform better, are
happier and stick around longer. Our partnership with ZayZoon helps employers do more.
Equifax
The Work Number® by Equifax is an automated income and employment verification
service. It eliminates the need for manual information verification, which can take valuable
time away from HR and Administrative personnel. Our partnership with The Work
Number® by Equifax allows us to provide this service to all Payentry employers for free.

Work Opportunity Tax Credits
Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) is a federal tax credit available to employers who
hire and retain individuals from target groups with significant barriers to employment. The
WOTC amount an employer can claim depends on the number of hours the employee
works.
All new employees must work a minimum of 120 hours for the employer to receive the
credit. The credit is 25% of qualified first-year wages for those employed at least 120 hours
but fewer than 400 hours, and 40% for those employed 400 hours or more.
Available Tax benefits range, but they can significantly reduce your business’s annual tax
bill with credits ranging from $2,400 to $9,600 per qualified hire. Both taxable and tax-
exempt organizations can apply. It’s a voluntary program; you choose to participate. There
is no cap on the number of individuals you can hire to claim WOTC benefits, maximizing
your potential savings and impact. You have 28 days from the employee’s start date to file
Form 8850 with the SWA. Miss this window, and you might lose the chance to claim the tax
credit for that hire.
We have partnered with GetHired to process any WOTC identified. They are
$299 per WOTC filing. They do not provide any refunds, only credits for
candidates who are returned as inapplicable.
PosterElite
Our partnership with PosterElite makes access to labor law notices simple and cost-
effective. Every business in the U.S. with more than one paid employee is required to have
pertinent federal and state labor law postings displayed in their office in an unblocked,
unlocked public area, for both applicants and employees to see. A Labor Law Poster
combines all mandatory postings onto 1 convenient sheet
Businesses with multiple locations require these postings in each location.Failure to post
up-to-date labor law postings can result in hefty fines or frivolous employee lawsuits. The
amounts vary by state, agency and case, but Federal fines can now exceed $34K/ infraction.
QuickBooks Online Integration
Payentry’s QuickBooks Online Payroll integration is the process of connecting QuickBooks
Online to Payentry to streamline data exchange and reduce manual data entry.

Time Savings: Eliminate the need to manually upload. The more frequently the payroll, the
more potential time savings.
Self-Managed: As accounting information changes, you can update the mapping as
needed.
Real Time Updates: Revisions made in QBO are updated in Payentry in real time.

Does Payentry have any other integrations with Accounting Software?
Currently we only offer an integration with QuickBooks Online. Reconciliation for other
software is easily handled with an IIF file for import post payroll.

Nimble
Nimble Reporting ACA compliance refers to a service provided by the company Nimble
Reporting that helps businesses comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations by
automating the process of generating and filing necessary forms like 1094 and 1095-C,
essentially streamlining the complex task of reporting employee health insurance
coverage to the IRS, thus minimizing the risk of penalties for non-compliance. It's designed
to be user-friendly and easy for the employer to manage.
Key points about Nimble Reporting ACA Compliance
Function: It automates the generation and filing of ACA compliance forms required by the
IRS, including 1094 and 1095-C forms.
Benefits: Simplifies the ACA compliance process, reduces administrative burden, provides
alerts for potential issues, and helps businesses avoid penalties for non-compliance.

RETIREMENT SERVICES
We offer integrations for existing retirement plans as well as three standalone retirement
plans, services provided by Payentry.
Pay(k)onnect Integration for existing Retirement Plans
SFTP Uploads. SFTP Integration Agreement form must be completed. The liability
waiver is a part of that agreement. SFTP is built on Secure Shell (SSH) technology,
which encrypts data during transfer. The Client is responsible for any changes. The
upload is a one directional fee from Payentry to the Vendor who picks up the SFTP
file.

Traditional 401(k) Plan
Enables employees to contribute while offering employers the flexibility to provide
a match or no match at all.

This plan requires an employer match but eliminates certain testing requirements,
enabling employees to contribute freely up to IRS maximums.
Simple IRA Plus
Employers can provide this plan to their employees with low administrative costs
and no need for annual tax filings, making retirement savings a valuable benefit for
their team.

Pay(k)onnect is a data and system integrator that connects payroll companies and payroll
service bureaus with 401(k) providers and investment companies. Pay(k)onnect's software
automates the process of integrating data between these systems, which can help reduce
errors and improve administrative efficiency. Payentry is excited to offer a 180 integration
to Pay(k)onnect this time with additional enhancements on our development roadmap.
